I'm pretty much a chartist, with eye on macro trends, (like Italy and such, Australia is looking quite nice, but not related to TSP as far as I know), on May 11 I went 100% S from 100% G

I use a "is daily close > 5day move avg AND is 5 day MA > 20 day MA AND is 20 day MA >50 day MA", add 0, 1, 2, or 3 and graph  (jan/Feb was horrendous)

and a 20 day MA of daily close surrounded by a 2 standard dev envelop Bollinger bands

Here is Bollinger bands of S and I funds, you decide

Here is graph of moving avg of daily>5day>20day>50day. about 20 trading days ago, I fund went flat

I also graph rate of change/slopes (Dont even ask about F fund)

We are talking about the pricing of DXY....the dollar strength index.  It looks to me like it hit resistance, and is headed back down....I am watching this closely to make a decision about whether to move back to S...if DXY overcomes the resistance, moves higher, and the 50SMA moves higher than the 200SMA, it could be a signal to move away from I........(for me at least)
