Thanks for the reminder.
As I will be very busy emptying a house and probably selling the house to be recycled by a professional firm, and disposing of the land, i will be quite busy
My personal thoughts are as follows, im looking at the ~54 - 56 trading days, 8/10 - 10/31 (halloween) as arbitrary dates
My crystal ball is cloudy at present, but i'm a bit nervous about the next 2.5 months.
