[TSP_Strategy] Re: TSP: Look But Don't Panic

Sarah when you say you expect a major pullback are you putting that in the framework of the next recession or are you saying that you see this major pullback in terms of an ongoing bull market (correction but not  bear market?)

A bear market may be imminent given the current technicals.

The S Fund appears to be behind the other funds at this point .. can you refresh my mind as to why you are 100 percent in the S fund at this time as opposed to the C fund or I fund?

S fund has fallen behind as the USD has been weaker than anticipated.  Why?  Because the Fed's interest rate hike keeps getting delayed.

Is it still the strong dollar or do you see more upside in this fund prior to the next recession which is still down the road albeit it maynot feel like that way on some days..

I never act on the anticipation of the event, but rather, on the initiation of the event itself.
The market is not long term bearish yet.

thanks for your thoughts
