I chose to move about 5 years of funds to G, shortly after I retired.   I keep the rest invested.

Everyone needs to set their own comfort level.  I liked this approach I read about.

5 years could translate to anywhere from 15-30%.  I'm actually being a bit more conservative at 35% G, which is between the L2020 and L2030 allocations in G.
