Depends on the markets at that time.
I understand the currency issues in the I fund and the impact depending on the dollar strength or weakness but it just seems that the easy money policy overseas is trumping everything. Could the I fund also achieve the 5% upside and more before year end?
If interest rates do not rise this year, yes. If they do, no.
