Thanks for the reply. There does seem to be wisdom in putting some in ROTH right now. I would really be gambling if I don't move out of CA and haven't pd any taxes on this money. I just wish I had a crystal ball.

As mentioned earlier and I concur, I don't believe my taxes will be going down in the future and so I want to pay at a lower rate right now and enjoy tax free distributions on the earnings later. If you're not confidant in that tax strategy then feel balanced by the fact that %100 of the Gov't contribution are still %100 Traditional. So you are putting your eggs in multiple tax-strategy baskets. Anyone please correct my thinking...I'll give you a big thank you if it turns out I'm misguided!
