I am unable to contribute to TSP now and did not have enough years to build up an amount that would justify leaving it in TSP without being able to contribute.

I rolled mine into a Roth and traditional account with a brokerage in April 2023. I initiated the transfer April 4 and they received the transfer April 11. No issues.
