As coaching finds its rightful place in India, there is a groundswell enthusiasm spreading the awareness about coaching, the basic ethics and competencies around it. While most Leaders are aware of the effectiveness of Coaching, they are not fully sure as to what it is and how to implement it.

We will De-mystify Coaching in several ways:

·         What is Coaching and how it differs from other forms of talent development

·         Understanding Coaching Challenges in India with a lively discussion on how to manage them.

·         Demonstrate scope of coaching in Life and Executive Coaching to demonstrate the scope

·         Share Studies conducted to measure effectiveness and ROI of Coaching in businesses show    many tangible and non-tangible advantages.

·         Cross Cultural Coaching – the need of the hour.
