We require the below position in our training Division;
Job Description – Training Division
Designation: Head - Training Division
Man/Lady Profile: Age: 35-40 years. Qualifications: PG in Psychology. Experience: approx 5 -7 years in IT Industry followed by similar experience in Soft Skills training. Excellent communication skills. Capable of multi tasking and taking ownership of the Division. Should be willing to travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Achieve top and bottom line results of the Division set in consultation with Chief Mentor .
2. Build, develop and direct a training organisation in line with growth plans for the Division.
3. Oversee/contribute/guide in support functions like:
Probing to get a clear picture of `customer needs, concern areas and competencies' through Training Needs analysis and develop the right program.
Research to gather the latest concepts on topics of customers' interest. Suggest interactive training methods to ensure success of the program.
Developing suitable content for programs in line with client needs.
Conducting through team, a Pre and Post Workshop assessment by developing instruments to measure Pre and Post Training progress.
Preparation of Dashboards to assess current levels of proficiency and effectiveness and progress made thereon.
Developing and updating a library of training material/activities/cases/other methods.
4. Deliver 8 to 10 days of Training and achieve an effectiveness feedback of 4.2 vs 5 in each program.
5. Conduct follow up activity with Clients in areas like Trainer Development, post workshop participant support etc.
6. Good client relationships.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Recommend Trainer Development plans.
2. Recommend certifications for trainers to increase our growth opportunities.
Reporting Relationship: Will report to the Chief Mentor.
