Grey Cells now becomes ASTD's International Partner

 

Grey Cells, India's No. 1 Trainers' Training Consultancy has been awarded the status of American Society for Training & Development's (ASTD) International Support Partner for the World's largest International Training Conference & Exposition – 'ASTD 2011' to be held from 22^nd to 25^th May in Orlando, Florida. Grey Cells is one of the 10 International Partner selected by ASTD.

 

Mehul Kuwadia, CEO of Grey Cells who has trained & certified more than 2500 trainers from India & abroad said that, "ASTD is receiving unprecedented requests for international delegation registrations for its upcoming Conference & we are proud to be associated with it. Last year about 30 delegates from Indian companies had attended the conference. This year we plan to send a delegation of around 50 participants from India. "

 

The ASTD International Conference & Exposition regularly draws more than 8,000 Learning & Development, HRD & Training Professionals from more than 70 countries. ASTD 2011 will feature 230+ educational sessions and a world-class EXPO with the latest products and services from top suppliers.

 

'ASTD 2011' features the program theme "Learning to Lead."  The conference is designed to focus attention on the fact that learning is a key strategic driver for business and that developing an abundance of learning mindsets will lead to new, innovative approaches to work while developing new leaders in the workforce.

Keynote speakers will be: Marcus Buckingham, Doug Conant and Mette Norgaard (co-authors of Touchpoints: Transforming Everyday Interactions into Powerful Leadership Moments) & John Foley.

 

However the star attraction will be the last official public appearance, before his retirement, of 'The Guru of Training Evaluation' Don Kirkpatrick. Kirkpatrick will also be recognized at the General Session on May 23.
