Re: [LeadersWorkshop] The Only Daughter's Parents Club

 

Dear friends,   The only daughter's parents Club is very good intiative and these type of clubs are required to promote the development of the girl child in the present society.   There are many NGO,s working on Gender issues and trying to promote gender equity and equality.   Therefore, it is a must for this club to net-work with such NGO,s to get support and work for the cause.    The otherside the Government also introduced many schemes and facilities and legaly but, the situation of the girld children is still not improved up to mark.   The objectives of this club is very good but this club also should focus on the advocacy and Net-working which is very much required in this modern world to promote the rights of the girl children.    It is true that there are many girl children deprived of the education, career guidance, awareness on their rights and opportunities given by the constitution and government.   In order to work on these issues this initiative is very good help and I request everybody to become the members of this club and promote the cause.   I wish the founder of this club all the best and assure my cooperation in this,   with regards,   Kumar.
