here are "snapshots" of the S and C Funds, and their equivalents.

the Vanguard VOO S&P 500 tracking fund and the DWCPF, Dow Jones Completion Index that the S fund tracks (at appx 0.0381 - 0.0382)

1 year DWCPF, candlestick chart, note the _awful_ linear regression line in the 1 year chart

11 weeks of DWCPF chart (S fund derived from) 

So, to me it looks like it may finally be slightly upwards to _flat_ at present.

(solid candlesticks mean close is lower than open, white candlesticks mean close is higher than open, so last 2 weeks are not so great
