Where did you get that "less than 3% going to Americans"...that's easily disproven. The $1400 stimulus payment to every American is way more than the less than 3%.
But I didn't get $1400. Many won't qualify for anything, much less the full $1400.
I don't know the numbers, but everything I've read has said that less than 3% of the amount approved is being disbursed via the stimulus checks directly to taxpayers. Do you have information to the contrary?
