[LeadersWorkshop] Add value to your Product

How to Increase the Value of Any Product

Here are some ideas that will increase the value of any service or product in the eyes of the average consumer.

A pleasant, helpful attitude. "What can I do for you?" "I'd love to do that for you." People have too much to do already.

Smiles and other expressions of joy and happiness. People like to be around happy people.

Behavior that matches that of your customer. People like to be around people like themselves. In this regard, speak just as softly, loudly, fast, or slow as the person you're talking to. Sit if they are sitting, and stand if they are standing. Just don't be obvious about this or it will backfire on you.

Attention to details. This is one of the basic definitions of quality. All of the details of your service or product are the best they can be. This takes time to master, so it is one way to identify a professional as opposed to an amateur.

Genuine interest and caring for your customer. Too many people are going through life without enough appreciation and acceptance. The person who gives this will be rewarded many times over with extra sales.

Excitement and enthusiasm. One reason that sporting events and amusement parks make so much money is because they have so much excitement associated with them. People pay money to experience these feelings.

McDonald's, that king of the fast food business. What value do they offer? Speed, convenience, fun for kids. Definitely not high quality food, even though you would first think that quality food would be a necessity to succeed in a food business. The food meets a minimum standard, but the other qualities of their service wins the majority of their business.

Here's a valuable question. What value do the employees of a business like McDonald's provide? They perform a task that is essential to the operation of the restaurant, but they also offer more than that. The attitude that they have when working affects other employees and the customers as well. Helping the other employees with their jobs adds value to their service, as does being a source of encouragement, inspiration, and information. Employees like this never need to worry about being fired, let go, or laid off.

[LeadersWorkshop] What is important to you !!!

[LeadersWorkshop] What is important to you !!!

A Native American and his friend were in downtown New York City, walking near Times Square in Manhattan.

It was during the noon lunch hour and the streets were filled with people.  Cars were honking their horns, taxicabs were squealing around corners, sirens were blaring, and the sounds of the city were almost deafening.

Suddenly, the Native American said, "I hear a cricket."

His friend said, "What?  You must be crazy.  You couldn't possibly hear a cricket in all of this noise!"

"No, I'm sure of it," the Native American said, "I heard a cricket."

  "That's crazy," said the friend.

The Native American listened carefully for a moment, and then walked across the street to a big cement planter where some shrubs were growing.

He looked into the bushes, beneath the branches, and  sure enough, he located a small cricket.  His friend was utterly amazed.

"That's incredible," said his friend "You must have superhuman ears!"

"No," said the Native American.  "My ears are no different from yours. It all depends on what you're listening for."

"But that can't be!" said the friend.  "I could never hear a cricket in this noise."

"Yes, it is, it depends on what is really important to you.  Here, let me show you."

He reached into his pocket, pulled out a few coins, and discreetly dropped them on the sidewalk.

And then, with the noise of the crowded street still blaring in their ears, they noticed every head within twenty feet turn and look to see if the money that tinkled on the pavement was theirs.

"See what I mean?" asked the Native American.  "It all depends on what's important to you."

[LeadersWorkshop] ~~~~ The Sign ~~~~ Spine chilling

A young man who had been raised as an atheist was training to be an Olympic diver. The only religious influence in his life came from his outspoken Christian friend.

The young diver never really paid much attention to his friend's sermons, but he heard them often.

One night the diver went to the indoor pool at the college he attended. The lights were all off, but the moon was bright so there was plenty of light to practice by.

The young man climbed up to the highest diving board and as he turned his back to the pool on the edge of the board and extended his arms out, he saw his shadow on the wall.

The shadow of his body, was in the shape of a cross. Instead of diving, he knelt down and finally asked Jesus Christ to come into his life. As the young man stood, a maintenance man walked in and turned the lights on.

The pool had been drained for repairs.

[LeadersWorkshop] The circle of Joy

[LeadersWorkshop] The circle of Joy

And old story tells that one day, a countryman knocked hard on a monastery door. When the monk tending the gates opened up, he was given a magnificent bunch of grapes.

- Brother, these are the finest my vineyard has produced. I've come to bear them as a gift.

- Thank you! I will take them to the Abbot immediately, he'll be delighted with this offering.

- No! I brought them for you. For whenever I knock on the door, it is you opens it. When I needed help because the crop was destroyed by drought, you gave me a piece of bread and a cup of wine every day.

The monk held the grapes and spent the entire morning admiring it. And decided to deliver the gift to the Abbot, who had always encouraged him with words of wisdom.

The Abbot was very pleased with the grapes, but he recalled that there was a sick brother in the monastery, and thought:

"I'll give him the grapes. Who knows, they may bring some joy to his life."

And that is what he did. But the grapes didn't stay in the sick monk's room for long, for he reflected:

"The cook has looked after me for so long, feeding me only the best meals. I'm sure he will enjoy these."

The cook was amazed at the beauty of the grapes. So perfect that no one would appreciate them more than the sexton; many at the monastery considered him a holy man, he would be best qualified to value this marvel of nature.

The sexton, in turn, gave the grapes as a gift to the youngest novice, that he might understand that the work of God is in the smallest details of Creation. When the novice received them, he remembered the first time he came to the monastery, and of the person who had opened the gates for him; it was that gesture which allowed him to be among this community of people who knew how to value the wonders of life.

And so, just before nightfall, he took the grapes to the monk at the gates.

- Eat and enjoy them – he said. – For you spend most of your time alone here, and these grapes will make you very happy.

The monk understood that the gift had been truly destined for him, and relished each of the grapes, before falling into a pleasant sleep.

Thus the circle was closed; the circle of happiness and joy, which always shines brightly around generous people.

[LeadersWorkshop] ~~~ The Circus ~~~

A certain man made an appointment to see a psychologist. He arrived
at the psychologist's office and said to him, "Doctor, I always feel
depressed.

No matter what I do I still feel depressed. I just don't know
what to do."

The psychologist looked at him and said, "Come with me to the
window."

The man followed and then the psychologist pointed outside and said,
"Do you see that tent over there in the distance? Well, there is a
circus in town and it is really good. There are lots of acts to watch;
especially the clown acts. And there is one clown in particular who is
extremely funny. He will make you rock with laughter over and over
again. Go and see that clown and I guarantee that you will not have
reason to be depressed again!"

The man turned to the psychologist with sad eyes and said, "Doctor, I
am that clown!"

[LeadersWorkshop] A life worth saving - A nice anecdote

A man risked his life by swimming through the treacherous riptide to
save a youngster being swept out to sea.

After the child recovered from the harrowing experience, he said to
the man, "Thank you for saving my life".

The man looked into the little boy's eyes and said, "That's okay, kid.
Just make sure your life was worth saving."

[LeadersWorkshop] ~~~~Change your strategy ~~~~

[LeadersWorkshop] ~~~~Change your strategy ~~~~

One day, there was a blind man sitting on the steps of a building with
a hat by his feet and a sign that read: "I am blind, please help".

A creative publicist was walking by him and stopped to observe he only
had a few coins in his hat, he dropped a few more coins in his hat and
without asking for his permission took the sign, turned it around, and
wrote another announcement.

He placed the sign by his feet and left.

That afternoon the creative publicist returned by the blind man and
noticed that his hat was full of bills and coins. The blind man
recognized his footsteps and asked if it was him who had re-written
his sign and he wanted to know what did he write on it?

The publicist responded: "Nothing that was not true, I just rewrote your sign
differently". He smiled and went on his way.

The blind man never knew but his new sign `read: "TODAY IS
SPRING AND I CANNOT SEE IT".

Change your strategy when something does not go your way
and you'll see it will probably be for the best. Have faith that
every change is best for our lives.

AYURVEDA= FOR =ALL=TYPES= OF= CANCER very valuable information

AYURVEDA= FOR =ALL=TYPES= OF= CANCER

This is an incredible story of a self-taught Ayurved in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, a dusty town in the Bastar Region, about 3 hours by taxi from Nagpur Airport. His name is Shri Navin Duggad and until about 3 years ago, this remarkable man was a jeweller and diamond merchant by trade. By his own admission, he and his 4 brothers together are considered to be the largest diamond merchant in Central Madhya Pradesh.
Shri Duggad's transformation to an Ayurved happened about 3 years ago when his 89-year-old mother was afflicted with cancer. Shri Duggad decided that rather than subject her to the harsh treatments associated with modern medicine, he would use Ayurveda to treat her and keep her comfortable.
It is said he pored over a Hindi translation of Charak Samhita, the ancient text of Ayurveda, and came up with a regimen of diet and ayurvedic preparations to eliminate his mother's cancer. She is still alive today. And she has motivated her son to focus only on this new gift he had developed to help the poor that suffer from various types of cancer.

For the last 3 years, Shri Duggad has treated over 9000 cancer patients with an incredible success rate of cure and remission. He has assiduously kept records of each patient he has helped, with detailed lab reports and tumour scans to show that he has beaten cancer in the vast majority of people he has treated.
Shri Duggad does not charge a penny for his service or his proprietary drugs, nor does he accept any donation. He works from 11 AM to 11 PM every day, often working well past midnight so that no patient goes away unattended.

His treatment consists of small amounts of herbal concoctions and powders (no heavy metal based bhasma) that have to be consumed over 6 days along with a strict dietary regimen. In addition, the patient has to remain in a completely darkened room (without even a chink of light, TV, cell phone or computer) for periods ranging from 15 to 28 days, depending on the nature
of cancer. And he achieves a cure/remission in a matter of weeks, or a month or two, regardless of the type of cancer.

Shri Duggad says that modern medicinal practices of chemotherapy and radiation therapy are not only costly but ravages the body of the patient, creating other complications.

While tumors may shrink and life span may increase marginally, death is painful and inevitable with modern medicine. Whereas, he argues, his approach gets to the root cause of the cancer and eliminates it in a gentle way where the body is not harmed in any manner.

In fact, Shri Duggad commented that the poor are lucky because their poverty eliminates the possibility of chemo or radiation therapy, leaving them no option but to seek out alternative therapies like what he practices. But he quickly added that he can also treat people who have undergone a great deal of chemo and radiation therapy and still save them very rapidly.

Shri Duggad is a deeply religious man. He is a Jain by faith and prays fervently each day in front of various pictures of Lord Mahaveera and the Theerthankaras before he starts his practice. He epitomizes the mysticism and inexplicability of India. And the adage "service before self".

I am a co-founder of a life sciences company focused on drug discovery. Being a person of modern science, I am normally prone to skepticism and disbelief about traditional practices. However, I have now personally met many patients under treatment as well as those who have fully recovered from cancers as diverse as prostate, liver, breast, stomach, salivary gland, eyes, throat and leukaemia. I have perused many lab reports associated with these cases and have seen irrefutable proof that Shri Duggad makes a difference. Needless to say, I am shaken and now a believer that modern science may not have all the answers . . . and there is a place for alternative therapies.

In summation, Providence led me to Shri Duggad in search of alternative treatment for my 86-year-old father who has recently been diagnosed with Hepatic Cellular Carcinoma (liver cancer). Modern medicine had thrown up its hands since he is too old to withstand even palliative treatment. By His grace, I am happy to report that my father is doing well after 4 weeks of treatment and
most of his symptoms have abated. I am hopeful that his recovery will be sustained.

Because of my personal experience, I will be happy to guide anyone suffering from cancer to Shri Navin Duggad. In the final analysis, a gift I have providentially received must be passed forward, especially with a dreaded disease like cancer. Please free to contact me by email or by SMS, and I shall revert to you very shortly.
