It is a common knowledge that all organizations are constantly looking out for an accurate and valid method to assess their people for their various competencies and effectiveness. The measurements may be used for various reasons including Recruitment, Development, Promotion, Relocation or just for Mapping the Competencies for Gap Analysis.

 

Over the coming month, we are organizing two workshops at Mumbai as well as Hyderabad on "Assessment Centre for Competency Mapping & Talent Management" to help organizations and professionals like you to implement/improve the design and delivery of your next assessment centre.
