Like I said before, the first hurdle for the SPX is cleared today. Now if SPX clears the next hurdle at 2103, then it's a confirmation for it to go a new high.
My projected target for that case is near 2236. Good luck folks!
IMHO, the S fund tends to be the canary in the coal mine - not the Dow and not the S&P500.
It's the first to decline (and declines the most) and the first to advance (and advances the most).
I agree that if the S fund (which had the greater return yesterday) returns to bullish, we should return to equities. It hasn't...yet. (and isn't close)
