It's not the turbulence that is maddening. It's hearing people say they are okay with it. I just think you didn't pull out when near the top. We were 40 points away from your target high of 1180 and now we are at 830. At some point you could have protected those earnings as well. Again I have to read the disclaimer.

To hear people say they don't care that their portfolios are down over 20 percent or more since the high last August of 1141 is maddening. It takes all of ten seconds to move your funds in an interfund transfer. To cheer or rationalize the fall of the s fund over the last several months, hoping it will go back up isn't an investment strategy. We all should read the disclaimer on all of these emails.
If you find this turbulence maddening, you should move to the G fund, and keep most of your funds there....from now on.
