[TSPStrategy] Who is still in the G fund?

Since the move from last year (12/30/20) looks like the market is up roughly 13% (C FUND) and 17% (S FUND). 

Wonder who is still in G watching from the sidelines, and who put back in at some point.

I am still in G since the move.
