I've been 50/50 C/S since 2016. I was messing around with market timing prior to that but decided it was less stressful to buy and hold. My TSP has done well during my 7 years of service. For me, time in the market beats timing the market. I stay put when the market drops as well, and try to think positive (buying more shares due to lower prices).
