Re: [TSPStrategy] 20% tax on withdrawals

Scott N -  Not trying to lower my tax rate - I'm trying to manage my taxes better.  Generally, I'm in the 15%ish tax bracket.  That means, roughly, I've gotta wait until next year to get my tax refund of 5% or so.  I've never liked loaning the Government money.  I'm not smart enough to figure out how to adjust my FERS withholding as an offset AND the amount I withdraw from TSP isn't set - I withdraw as needed.

So, this is more of a cash management and tax strategy question.
