I don't think so Bill. I retired in 2017, with Fed Annuity, TSP distributions, and delayed SS until 2019 (when I was 70). I remember no longer being eligible for HSA once I claimed Medicare. I find it exasperatingly complicated with all of the alphabet soup but I became convinced that Medicare ended my eligibility for all those strategies.
