Not sure of your point and no need to clarify.    

I trust Sarah's opinions and appreciate her willingness to advise the group.

Sarah has been quiet for awhile and we sitting in G for 3 months. This led me to wonder if she has a backup communication plan in the event she becomes unable to communicate with the group.

It almost sounds like someone charged you for joining the group- which is just a message system for fellow TSP investors to discuss their opinions. Sarah Oz happens to be one of the more erudite members and was a founder of the group back when we were on Yahoo Groups. Her self-reported results have a good (not perfect) record.
If you decide to follow Sarah or any other post advice, you can't sue anyone or get upset if they were wrong.
