Market is now all time high. It is hard to go up than to go down.  Go into stock funds is . Buy high sell low.  I would keep money in G now

Is TSP Strategy still in G? I cant find the list. I'm really low on TSP amt since divorce and retired, and have them all spread out. What's the best place to make any money now? Is it too late to get back into S or C?
