For my tsp roth.

I will contribute the full $19,500 but in addition can i also add in the $5,500 ( im 39 years old)
So, for 2021:

(19,500 + 5,500)/26 ? Can i do this?

Or the 5,500 goes into a separate roth ira loke schwab?
