What this means is that the S fund may fluctuate alot during this time.  So by moving to G, which doesn't lose,  at least we are maximizing the value of our funds at year's end.  So in my case for example,  I finished over $100k more than at the beginning of the year.  

In 2021, we'll make other moves to maximize gain but we have all next year to do that.
