I have a question for all:
Janet Yellen said she wouldn't completely rule out negative interest rates.
What's negative interest rates' impact on our F fund, or S and C funds? even our mortgages?
We will be charged interest for just putting our money in checking/saving at banks, then would we get paid for loans like mortgages?
and if no one put money in banks, then where it goes? Stock market? Real Estates?
Never be so confusing....interesting time we're live in.....
