The current decline is blamed on cheap oil. OK, I understand why that's bad for the petrol sector and kills jobs in oil states but won't there come a time when the rest of the economy feels the benefits of cheap fuel?
Transportation, shipping, manufacturing, utilities? Will there be enough winners to offset the losers?
