good morning,

An individual become known or unknown it not related to fear .As Mahatma Gandhi said that know your fear better instead of make a distance to fear. as you try to know the source of fear it will start to move and you will see a new way of hope .

second thing that fear of failure can be remove after increase the level of your self- confidence,and practice.
