[LeadersWorkshop] Offroll / Temp staff - claim for benefits

Hello all !

I write to see if any of you in the group would be able to share your experience / expert opinion for the following situation please :

Can an staff (Offroll) who is employed through a consultant company (Service Provider) for more than 6-7 years for another company (Principal Employer), claim from Principal Employer for employment or redundancy compesnation or any benefits at par with an Onroll or permanent staff of Parent Employer, if his position is made redundant by the Parent Employer ?  There is no formal offer made by the Parent Employer.  Does this person stand to gain a legal case ?

Would appreciate your response please..

Thanks,
Malathy
